Through a special arrangement with Emerson College, students enrolled in Longy’s Undergraduate Diploma program may simultaneously pursue the Bachelor of Music Degree at Emerson College in Boston. Interested students must independently apply and be accepted to both institutions, and will incur additional, part-time tuition charges at Emerson. In addition to completing all requirements for the Undergraduate Diploma at Longy, students must successfully complete all of Emerson’s General Education Curriculum, which includes coursework in oral and written communication skills, the arts and humanities, history, social and behavioral sciences, mathematics and science, and foreign language. Completion of the program may require that students extend their residency beyond four years or take classes during one or two summer sessions.
