Suzanne Nelsen

Bassoon

B.M., McGill University; U.M. Degree, The Hague Conservatory. Early training included summers at the Banff Festival, National Youth Orchestra of Canada, and Boris Brott Festival. Appointed to the Montreal Symphony and McGill University faculty in 1995, she has performed throughout the world as soloist and chamber musician and has recorded with the Montreal Symphony. Ms. Nelsen joined the Boston Symphony and Boston Pops Orchestras in 2000.
